Returning an item to us is not that difficult. You just have to request a return and the goods can be sent to our UK or US returns depot easily. Our customers must return the goods within 15 days of receiving them. After the products are received, we will refund the price paid for the goods to the original payment card from which the order was placed. However, delivery costs will not be refunded to you except for some exceptional cases. We might send you an e-mail to confirm if you got your refund amount. This will be processed within 5-10 working days of the receipt. You can accept the fund to reach your account within 4-5 working days. For foreign customers, they have approximately 30 days to return their items. We suggest you keep proper track of your return parcels and should be responsible if damaged or lost.
